F*cebk The Digital Slum

F*cebk The Digital Slum

Once upon a time, F*ceb**k was a cozy corner of the internet, a place for connection, creativity, and meaningful conversations. Now? It feels like a digital slum, a wasteland filled with scams, entitlement, and a whole lot of garbage content.

Scammers & Fake Engagement

"Does this art belong to you?" Classic phishing scam. Every artist, creator, and small business owner has seen it. Scammers are everywhere, preying on hardworking people while F*ceb**k does... absolutely nothing. Reporting? Useless. They just keep coming back, like cockroaches in an abandoned house.

I experienced this firsthand when someone messaged me, pretending to be concerned about the artwork on my page. It was a trapjust another phishing scam designed to steal accounts. These people don’t care about art, they just want control. And the worst part? F*ceb**k lets them run wild.

The Free Labor Mindset

Some people think artists exist to work for free. They take, take, and take, never giving back, never saying thanks. If you don’t give them what they want, they disappear. F*ceb**k is full of these people. And honestly? It’s disgusting.

There was this author I once helpedoffered guidance, gave advice, even connected him with opportunities. And yet, he never credited me as his Acquisition Editor. Then, after months of silence, he returnednot to show appreciation, but to demand a free book cover from me. Meanwhile, I had created over 100 pieces of art in my store, while his book still sat unfinished at 11 chapters. Some people take and take, expecting others to work for nothing, while they contribute nothing in return.

The Algorithm Kills Creativity

The algorithm doesn’t care about good content. It pushes clickbait, outrage, and loweffort trash to the top, while artists, writers, and genuine creators get buried under the noise. Thoughtful posts? No reach. Creative work? Ignored. It’s not about community anymore. It’s about keeping you scrolling, even if that means feeding you garbage.

A Dying Platform

F*ceb**k used to be a space where creators could thrive. Now? It’s just another sinking ship. Scammers run wild, creativity is undervalued, and the whole place reeks of desperation. If you’re an artist or a writer, you have two choices: adapt, leave, or get buried.

Is there a way out? Maybe. But at this point, F*ceb**k feels less like a home and more like a digital wasteland.
