1. Annual Target: 1200 – 1500 – 1800 Cold Calls per Year
- This sets a benchmark for the number of cold calls (outreach attempts) you should aim to make annually.

- The wide range (1200–1800) reflects your level of ambition—more calls increase your chances of success.
2. Monthly Breakdown: 1200 ÷ 12 = 100 Cold Calls per Month
- To make the annual goal manageable, break it into smaller monthly targets.
- For example, if your goal is 1200 cold calls in a year, that’s 100 calls per month.
3. Daily Goal: 25 ÷ 5 = 5 Cold Calls Daily
- By dividing the monthly goal into workdays (assuming a 5-day workweek), you arrive at 5 cold calls per day.
- This makes the task less overwhelming and ensures consistent progress.
- A small, consistent effort builds momentum over time.
